Promotions and Codes
PYROMANIA occasionally offers promotional codes to loyal customers.
When attempting to apply these codes, please note that some conditions apply:
• Items previously discounted (i.e sale items) may not be eligible for further discount
• For orders containing multiple items, the discount provided will be distributed amongst all eligible items
• Discounted items returned to PYROMANIA will be refunded in the amount paid and not the original value of the item(s)
• If a code is invalid or expired, a replacement will not be issued
• Only one code may be applied per order
General Terms and Conditions applicable to promotional codes offered by PYROMANIA.
• PYROMANIA offers promotional codes that may be applied to selected items on pyromaniafire.com. These codes are 
occasionally sent to customers via email and/or communicated on the PYROMANIA website.
• By participating, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Claimants must comply with these Terms 
& Conditions for a coupon to be valid.
• The promotional codes have no monetary value and cannot be converted into currency. Promotional codes are 
redeemable on pyromaniafire.com only. Promotional codes may not be applied to items which are already discounted.
• To redeem the coupon code, the claimant types the coupon code into the promotional box in the checkout field of the 
PYROMANIA website and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of the qualifying 
purchase. If the claimant fails to enter the coupon code at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be 
eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of a claimant's purchase on the PYROMANIA
website.
• If an order containing multiple items is placed using a promotional code, the discount will be distributed across each 
eligible item according to its pro-rated value. Any returned item(s) purchased using a promotional code, will be 
refunded at the value of the discount applied to the item or items in question.
• The value of a promotional code cannot be applied to an order if that code is inapplicable, invalid, or expired. Under 
no circumstances will replacement codes be issued.
• One promotional code can be applied per order.
• The coupon is not necessarily valid for all periods of the year. There may be periods, for which the coupon may not be 
usable. PYROMANIA reserves the right to discontinue a coupon at any time without notice.
• Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the email sent to the claimant by 
PYROMANIA and/or banner on the PYROMANIA website.
• Coupons cannot be replaced if emails are deleted by the claimant.
• PYROMANIA shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a 
result of accepting and/or using the coupon, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• PYROMANIA accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected email or other communications. PYROMANIA
assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or 
injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then 
PYROMANIA may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the coupon.
General Terms and Conditions applicable to Private Sales
Private sales are private events only for selected members. Eligible members must be signed in to view the offer on the PYROMANIA
website.
As this is a private event, details must not be shared or advertised in any way, including, but not limited to, on any website, social 
media, messaging platform, email, word of mouth, etc. PYROMANIA reserves the rights to suspend accounts and/or void Private Sale 
transactions violating these terms and conditions. This offer can be terminated, changed, or extended at PYROMANIA's discretion 
without notice
